Infertility workup needs to be individualized but the following flow chart could suggest a possible way to move forward with the workup. Workup is usually initiated by investigating the male as normal semen analysis virtually rules out the male factor (though not 100%).
The female workup needs to correct systemic illnesses, nutrition deficiencies and stress levels along with initiation of the workup protocol.
